Microsoft wins US defence dept cloud contract

Microsoft has won a contract worth up to USD 10 billion over ten years to provide cloud infrastructure services to the US military. The Department of Defense announced the winner of its JEDI Cloud contract, for which Amazon was considered the most likely competitor.
