Millicom elects three new non-executive directors

Millicom, owner of Tigo-branded operations across Latin America and Africa, announced that its shareholders approved the election of Bruce Churchill, Sonia Dula and Lars-Johan Jarnheimer as new non-executive directors of its nine-strong board at the company's AGM. Jarnheimer currently serves as chairman on the board of Telia Company and INGKA Holding (Ikea), while Dula is as an independent director on the boards of Hemisphere Media, Acciona and Huntsman Corporation, and Churchill serves on the Board of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.
