Millicom's Cable Onda issues USD 600 mln bonds due 2030

Panamanian cable provider Cable Onda (Millicom) has announced the completion of an offering of USD 600 million of senior unsecured notes due 30 January 2030 at 4.50 percent. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds of the notes to finance, in part, the acquisition of Telefonica's mobile telecommunications assets in Panama, to refinance debt, and for general corporate purposes. The notes will be listed on the Panama Stock Exchange and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
