Mitel closes new USD 500 mln credit facility

Mitel has closed a new USD 500 million credit facility, made up of a USD 150 million term loan and a USD 350 million revolving credit facility, both maturing in 2022. The company said it will use the money to enhance capacity and flexibility so that it can capitalize on the rapidly changing unified communications and collaboration (UCC) market. The money will also be used to pay back debt.
