Mitie expands in telecom market with takeover of Dael Ventures

Facilities management group Mitie announced that it has acquired Dael Ventures UK, together with its subsidiaries Dael Telecom, JB Towers and Jistics, for GBP 15 million. Part of the Dutch company of the same name, Dael provides acquisition, design and construction services for telecoms infrastructure. With a UK team of around 130, the company counts multiple customers for building, upgrading and maintaining cell sites throughout the UK.
