Mobile HD voice available now in 73 countries - GSA

Bahrain and Estonia are the latest to launch Mobile HD voice, according to the GSA (Global mobile Suppliers Association) Mobile HD voice: Global Update report. The number of mobile operators offering HD voice is over 36 percent higher than a year ago.The report noted that 17 operators introduced HD voice so far this year. A total of 109 operators have now launched the service in 73 countries, including seven mobile operators in the last month alone. Of the seven, four use VoLTE. HD voice service is now commercially available on 100 HSPA networks, 8 LTE networks (using VoLTE), and 9 GSM
