Mobile phone licensing delay concerns EC
Cyprus: The delay in telecoms liberalisation and in the introduction of a second wireless phone licence concerns the European Commission (EC), according to Leopold Maurer, the EU's chief negotiator for Cyprus. The mobile licence is due to be auctioned in early 2003.
