Mobilis customers turned away over faulty dongles - report

Wednesday 12 March 2014 | 09:29 CET | News
Many customers of Algerie Telecom's subsidiary Mobilis have complained that they were mistreated by security personnel at Mobilis branches when they complained that the internet dongles they had bought for DZD 6,000 (approximately USD 77.40) did not work, Tamurt.info writes. Mobilis managers reportedly refused to listen to any complaints. The angry subscribers asked the press to help, and were surprised when the newspapers refused to print the news. They suspect that the newspapers did not act to avoid jeopardising advertising revenues from the operators.
