Mobilis unveils 3G offers

Algerian mobile operator Mobilis has unveiled its 3G service plans. The operator said it already offers the latest generation of 3G technology, with speeds of 21-42 Mbps. The service is initially available in the regions Algiers, Oran, Ouargla, Constantine, Setif, Annaba, Tlemcen, Sidi Bel Abbes and Batna and the cities Biskra, Laghouat, Blida, Tizi Ouzou and Ain Defla. The company claims it is the first to offer the service in Annaba, Batna and Laghouat and will cover all 48 regions within two years. Prepaid customers can access the 3G service with daily, weekly or monthly passes, costing
