Mobistar reorganises consumer business unit

Mobistar is reorganising its executive committee, in order to focus more on customer service, the Belgian operator said. Cristina Zanchi, currently Chief Customer Relationship Officer, will become Chief Consumer Officer, while Alain Ovyn was named Chief Customer Service Officer. They will focus on improving Mobistar's relationship with customers. The company said the new structure will help it better respond to growing competition on the market, as well as customer expectations and needs. The customer will be central in the new Consumer business unit, with all information on the customer
