Mobistar to appeal court ruling on fastest 4G

Mobistar is appealing a court ruling ordering it to withdraw a marketing campaign claiming it has the fastest 4G network in Belgium, L'Echo reports. Rival Proximus challenged in court the ads launched last March, which were based on a study by an independent researcher comparing the speeds of the three networks in the country. Proximus said the study commissioned by Mobistar did not take into account all the various elements that could affect network speed. According to the court ruling issued in late December, Mobistar did not update the data after extending its network from 270 cities
