Mobistar to expand into cable, broadband with Alpha system

Mobistar said it has selected the integrated operational and business support system from Alpha Networks to support its upcoming cable TV and broadband services. Mobistar will use the system to provide television and broadband services via regulated cable networks. The Belgian mobile operator expects to launch new cable TV and broadband services before the end of the year and said these will be amongst the first in Europe to rely on regulated cable networks.
