Mongolia's Skytel picks Mirada for OTT platform

Spanish digital TV specialist Mirada has announced a contract to provide Mongolian operator Skytel with its Iris-branded multiscreen technology. Mirada said it will be powering the new pay-TV service of Skytel's subsidiary SkyMedia, allowing customers to enjoy live, catch-up and on-demand content on their device of choice, including laptops as well as iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, to be followed by set-top boxes and other connected devices.
