More UK ISPs commit to fairer pricing for vulnerable out-of-contract customers

UK regulator Ofcom has secured commitments from EE, Sky and Plusnet to reduce prices for out-of-contract broadband customers. This follows commitments in 2019 from BT, TalkTalk and Virgin Media.
