Most German firms outsource IT operations - Bitkom

The majority of businesses in Germany outsource IT to external suppliers, according to a survey by Bitkom Research. The survey shows that 82 percent of businesses have outsourced part of their IT operations. Outsourcing was used most by businesses in the transport and logistics (86%) and retail (83%) sectors.
