Most Mexican states approve telecoms bill

The majority of Mexico state legislatures have approved the telecommunications reform bill recently introduced by president Enrique Pena Nieto, Bloomberg reports, citing deputy communications minister Jose Ignacio Peralta. The bill has already passed both houses of Congress in April.
