Motionlogic and PTV enter traffic flow partnership

Deutsche Telekom subsidiary Motionlogic is co-operating with Germany-based software specialist PTV Group to create a traffic model pilot programme. Under the agreement, PTV will incorporate Deutsche Telekom's mobile network into a software system for monitoring urban traffic flows. Motionlogic will offer anonymised analyses of traffic and movement flows based on signaling data from the mobile network.
