Movistar El Salvador introduces zero-rated video offers

Movistar El Salvador (Telefonica) has launched a series of offers whereby prepay and postpay customers will have zero-rated access to social networks and video streaming for a limited time. The offers were announced by the company's postpay marketing manager Claudia de Juarez in an interview with El Salvador, in which she revealed that anyone signing up to 10 of the company's mobile plans will now have zero-rated access to Netflix and YouTube as well as WhatsApp, Instagram, Spotify and Movistar Play for 40 hours.
