MPT offers access to MPT4U and MPT Pay Apps without internet connection

Myanmar operator MPT is offering access to the MPT4U and MPT Pay Apps for customers with no internet connection. Customers can now access MPT4U App features such as balance Top up, purchasing the package, loan service, balance transfer and check daily usage without any data charges wherever the MPT 3G/ 4G network is available.
