MPT to compensate unconsumed data balance amid mobile internet service disruption

Myanmar operator MPT has announced that, due to the recent mobile internet usage disruption, the company plans to compensate its customer' unconsumed data balance once the mobile internet services are restored. Myanmar's government recently imposed restrictions on connectivity and internet services. The GSMA recently called for the restoration of services in Myanmar as soon as possible.
