MTN Ghana mothballs some service centres, cuts hours at other branches

MTN Ghana has announced the temporary revision of its service centre operations as a result of the Covid-19 virus pandemic.  This includes the temporary closure of some branches until further notice. From 02 April, selected service centres will open from 08:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs Monday to Friday and close on Saturday and Sunday.MTN will serve customers through digital channels such as Twitter and Facebook. Customers also have the choice of using MyMTN App or email. MTN's call centre with the toll-free number 100 will continue to operate 24 hours a day.
