MTN Ghana seeks Supreme Court review over SMP designation

MTN Ghana says it has filed a writ at the Supreme Court to seek a review of the High Court's decision to dismiss its suit against the National Communications Authority (NCA) over monopoly claims. MTN said that it filed papers on 04 September at the Supreme Court over the High Court's declaration of MTN Ghana as an operator with Significant Market Power (SMP).
