MTN hopes to expand South Sudan coverage despite challenges

MTN South Sudan has promised to expand its operations to tap into the rising demand for mobile services, reports the Daily Nation.  Khumbulani Dhlomo, MTN's head of corporate services in Juba, admitted that the operator is grappling with numerous challenges emanating from the drawn-out civil war.  Dhlomo said these include the economic downturn and insecurity.
