MTN Nigeria apologises as SIM validation slows shop service

MTN Nigeria has apologised to its customers for the noticeable congestion in its service outlets across the country as a result of the SIM validation currently under way. Corporate Services Executive Akinwale Goodluck said MTN is doing everything possible to improve the conditions at the service centres, ThisDay reported.
