MTN Nigeria offers NGN 90 bln bonds for sale in second tranche

MTN Nigeria is offering NGN 90 billion worth of bonds with ten years of maturity for sale to investors after obtaining regulatory approval. Book building started on 08 October after approval of the NGN 90 billion Series II ten-year fixed rate Bond by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The second tranche marks the completion of the NGN 200 billion bond issuance.
