MTN Nigeria unveils automation service for insurers

MTN Nigeria has brought out Insurance Automation Service to enable insurance companies to eliminate the manual processes involved in capturing field data and get live visibility of field activities, spur faster decision-making and planning. MTN said that the new service will increase efficiency and cut costs by providing access to cutting-edge technology without the expense of owning or maintaining ICT infrastructure. The potential for growth is so huge that many insurance companies have already partnered with MTN to deliver the service, it said.
