MTN Nigeria warns of disruption to services over rising insecurity

Wednesday 16 June 2021 | 10:00 CET | News
MTN Nigeria has raised the alarm that its services could be disrupted by rising insecurity in the country, Reuters reported.  The news agency said it had seen a message from MTN telling customers that rising insecurity in different parts of Nigeria might affect service delivery in the coming days. MTN said this means that in some cases, its technical support team may not be able to get to a site and achieve optimum turnaround time in fault management as quickly as possible.
