MTS in talks to acquire OTT service Ivi - report

Russian mobile operator MTS is negotiating the acquisition of Russian OTT video streaming service Ivi, reports RBC citing sources in the telecommunications market. The operator aims to acquire a 100 percent stake in the OTT service and is ready to pay around RUB 20 billion for the shares, the report said.
