MTS proposes RUB 21 bln in dividends for H1

The management board of Russian mobile operator MTS has recommended to shareholders a dividend of RUB 10.4 per ordinary share and RUB 20.8 per ADR from the result of the first half of this year. The company would pay RUB 20.78 billion in dividends if the recommendation is approved.
