Mubi launches movie streaming platform in India

On-demand movie streaming and rental services provider Mubi has launched its services in India. Mubi will initially offer s 3-month subscription plan in India at INR 199 (approximately USD 2.8), after which it would charge USD 7 per month or USD 67 per year, TechCrunch reports. The Mubi platform currently offers only 30 recent and vintage movies.
