Multichoice says video spin-off and South African listing will not affect Kenyan business

Plans by South African media and e-commerce firm Naspers to list its video entertainment business on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and unbundle the unit to shareholders will not affect Multichoice Kenya's operations, the Daily Nation reported. MultiChoice Kenya said there is no impact on the Kenyan pay-TV operations.
