Munich court bans O2 from making misleading call to Telekom customers

Germany's O2 is not allowed to spread lies about its competitors through advertising calls it makes to customers, ruled the Higher Regional Court of Munich. The court has banned the company from making these false and misleading claims in calls to attract new customers from rivals like Deutsche Telekom, reported newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung.
