NCA fines telcos GHS 34 mln for failing quality of service tests

The Ghanaian National Communications Authority (NCA) has sanctioned all four mobile network operators, AirtelTigo, Glo, MTN Ghana and Vodafone Ghana for not complying with various Quality of Service (QoS) requirements. The four have been fined a total of GHS 34.07 million. AirtelTigo has been fined GHS 11.64 million, Glo GHS 4.46 million, MTN GHS 9.08 million and Vodafone GHS 8.89 million.
