Ncell helps customers deactivate unused services

Nepalese mobile operator Ncell launched a new initiative under which it helps customers deactivate services they are not using. This initiative is mainly aimed at customers who selected 'automatic monthly renewal' while activating permanent services like Personal Ring Back Tone (PRBT) and My5 but do not tend to use the service accordingly. Following the initiative, around 250,000 customers who subscribed to the My5 service with monthly auto renewal option and nearly 1.4 million customers who activated PRBT service under the auto-renew option deactivated the services as they were not using
