Ncell sets record capex at USD 120 million for 2016

Nepalese operator Ncell has announced is plans to invest around USD 120 million (approximately NPR 12 billion) in the development of its telecommunications infrastructure across the country this year. This is Ncell's largest capital expenditure (capex) spend on record, the company said.
