NDIX to open new PoP site in Duesseldorf

Dutch broadband internet exchange NDIX announced it will soon open an additional point-of-presence (PoP) site in Duesseldorf as part of the company’s growth strategy for the German broadband market. NDIX said the center should take account of the local and regional potential and multiple customer relationships between Germany’s Lower Rhine region and the Netherlands. Duesseldorf offers the opportunity to serve as an additional coupling point for infrastructure on the route between international nodes and NDIX’s existing sites in Frankfurt and Amsterdam. The company said it plans to open additional PoP sites in Germany in the near future.
