Nearly a quarter of French internet users illegally access live TV streams – study

Piracy streaming services are used by 24 percent of French internet users to watch live TV content, according to a survey commissioned at the end of 2018 by French anti-piracy authority Hadopi. Among these users, 77 percent illegally access live content very or fairly frequently (at least once or twice a week).
