Nearly half Dutch households have smart TVs, 15% own media box or dongle

The share of Dutch households with smart TVs rose to 44 percent in 2017 from 37 percent the year before, according to a report by Kantar TNS for the Dutch ratings agency SKO. It also found more households have a media box or dongle to watch online content on the TV, at 15 percent versus 12 percent in 2016.
