NEC, Juniper launch Telefonica Chile IP network migration project

NEC and infrastructure vendor partner Juniper Networks have partnered to implement Telefonica Chile's project to migrate services to the new IP Fusion Network. In a statement, NEC said the project requires network capacity to be expanded by implementing more than 170 nodes nationwide, guaranteeing the successful migration of customer services and ensuring the maintenance of contracted service-level agreements (SLAs).
