NENT EGM votes in favour of share issue to fund international expansion

Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT) said that shareholders at its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 25 January voted in favour of the motion to issue new Class B shares representing up to 20 percent of total shares, without applying shareholders' pre-emptive rights. The authorisation is valid until the next AGM on 19 May 2021 and the issue could be done on one or several occasions.
