Net neutrality is enemy of operator innovation - Orange CEO

Speaking on BFM Business, Orange group chairman and CEO Stephane Richard gave full support to Orange France's new "Debit Confort" service for business customers, which ensures the priority use of mobile data capacity at times of high demand. Richard said that Net Neutrality was just a "catch-all concept that is always built on the backs of operators.," adding, "a two-speed internet is not a problem as long as the standard is accessible to all."
