Net1 reschedules results due to Cell C issues

Net1 UEPS Technologies has postponed the publication of its financial results as the company awaits further clarification on anticipated transactions at Cell C. The information is expected to significantly impact the carrying value of its 15 percent stake in mobile operator Cell C as of 30 June.
