NetCologne connects Bornheim to fibre network

German regional operator NetCologne has completed the roll out of its fibre-optic network in Bornheim. As a result, 22,400 households and around 700 businesses have immediate access to broadband connections up to 100 Mbps. The network deployment lasted 18 months and covers all 14 areas of the town- Bornheim-Mitte, Brenig, Dersdorf, Hemmerich, Hersel, Kardorf, Merten, Roisdorf, Roesberg, Sechtem, Uedorf, Walberberg, Waldorf und Widdig.
