Netflix, AMACC launch MXN 25 mln industry support fund

Mexico's Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMACC) has announced a partnership with Netflix to support workers affected by the coronavirus emergency. In a statement, AMACC said Netflix has donated MXN 25 million (around USD 1 million) to the Covid-19 Support Fund, which will be used support over 1,000 workers impacted by production cancellations in Mexico.
