Netflix app helped cable operators - Liberty Global CEO

Vodafone Germany and Kabel Deutschland are willing to breach net neutrality if Netflix wants to pay for a dedicated broadband channel, according to CEO Manuel Cubero at a discussion panel at AngaCom cited by German media. He also said that such services would be offered to every company with similar services and that 60 to 70 percent of all broadband traffic is streaming video, with broadband usage growing between 10 and 20 percent a year.
