Netflix data shows when viewers get 'hooked' on shows

Friday 25 September 2015 | 10:55 CET | News

It shows that 70 percent of viewers who watched the hooked episode went on to complete season one or more. However, viewers do not become hooked after the pilot episode, giving Netflix confidence that offering members all episodes at once is more aligned with their needs.
