Netflix expands programming for kids with acquisition of StoryBots
Netflix said it has bought StoryBots, a producer of content for children and a media brand created by Gregg and Evan Spiridellis. The brothers have entered into a deal with Netflix to significantly expand the universe of StoryBots. Netflix said that with the buy, it will bring more educational content to pre-schoolers. No financial details were disclosed. 

StoryBots is known for the “Ask The StoryBots” Netflix original animated series that also features live guest starts. These have included Snoop Dogg, Edward Norton, Whoopi Goldberg, and Wanda Sykes.
