Netflix increases subscription prices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

New customers pay the increased prices immediately, and existing users will pay the increase from next month. Netflix said that the price increases are due to the investments in in-house productions. According to the latest figures, the streaming service has 5.2 million users in Germany and 139 million worldwide.
