Netflix launches in Belgium

Netflix has launched its streaming video service in Belgian. The company offers the first month free and then the subscription starts at EUR 7.99 per month. For HD streaming and access from two devices, the price if EUR 8.99, and services over four devices cost EUR 11.99 per month. Netflix technical director Neil Hunt told news agency Belga that the company is in talks for distribution with Belgian TV providers, including Belgacom. The launch comes as the US company also expands to Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France and Austria.
