Netflix likely to report 5% Q1 Nordic subscriber growth vs 8% market growth rate

Tuesday 20 April 2021 | 14:38 CET | News
Swedish consultancy Mediavision says it predicts that Netflix will report a 5 percent increase in Nordic customers for the first quarter of 2021, or a rise of 200,000 subscribing households since Q1 2020. Mediavision believes Netflix now has approximately 4.4 million subscribing households in Nordic countries. The consultancy said Netflix' Nordic growth rate of 5 percent is below the 8 percent year-on-year rate for the overall regional SVoD market.
